Administration & SIMS Support

The aim of every school is to deliver high quality lessons to their children with the best possible resources and without interruption. In order for this to happen we realize that the “behind the scenes” ICT operations of the school must be as well supported as the teaching.

By signing up to our annual Admin & SIMS support package, your school will be safe in the knowledge that the non-curriculum side of your school will be reinforced by accredited support services.

Should your school experience difficulties with your administration system; such as an office PC failure or your Admin server becomes unresponsive, our detailed SLA will ensure your issue is resolved as soon as possible.

In addition SNS has formed a partnership with Keystone MIS, a dedicated SIMS support unit. This CAPITA accredited helpdesk specialises solely in SIMS and FMS, allowing us to respond quicker and resolve earlier any SIMS related issues you may experience within your school via our SIMS Helpdesk.

In addition to our support contract, we can offer, through KeystoneMIS specific training on all aspects of SIMS, from ensuring all users are familiar with the software to producing custom reporting for Ofstead inspections.
