Scheduled Technician Support Visits

From 1 day a fortnight to 5 days a week our on-site technicians are familiar with all issues arising from the school ICT environment, ranging from simple PC fixes to the implementation of virtual servers.

We have found that there is no better way of supporting schools ICT than having a person on site you can call upon. For all of your scheduled visits you will be visited by the same technician, meaning that you are able to build a relationship which we believe is vital within the teaching environment, safe in the knowledge that your technician has the resources of a company behind them with over 15 years’ experience working solely with schools.

An added benefit of using our on-site scheduled support is that we will provide your school with a unique service facility called the “FaultLog” which has been developed by us for use solely in schools. This system enables all members of staff to report a fault, make a request for assistance or request a quote for any ICT related products or services simply by clicking an icon on any workstation within the school. This request will be delivered directly to your support technician responsible for looking after the school prior to a visit, enabling a more efficient use of the technicians’ time.

For urgent requirements within your school, we will organise a technician call out or remotely access your system to resolve urgent faults before your next scheduled visit.
